Maureen McCullough Designs is a division of Maureen McCullough LLC – a Hackensack New Jersey based website design and marketing agency.

Maureen McCullough Designs is our creative side! We have been in business for 20+ years.

We offer unique one of a kind pieces of party decor – gorgeous two sided glitter cake toppers and one sided glitter cupcake toppers. Available in many beautiful colors and always custom made to your specifications.

Our party decor is available to the consumer as well as wholesale to the bakery trade.

We also offer our handmade jewelry creations – all one of a kind, nothing mass produced, all original – perfect as year round gift ideas. Lastly we offer antique and vintage postcards in pristine (mint), excellent and very good condition for your vintage collecting and gifting enjoyment.

Shipping –

We ship within the Continental United States. Shipping is FREE to all of our customers on ALL products we sell. If you should need RUSH shipping please contact us before you place your order so that we can then give you a price. Call or text us at 201.304.7503 – we respond very quickly.

Production Time –

Cake Toppers, Cupcake Toppers, Party Decor – these items are custom made. They ship out within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will go out the following Monday or Tuesday.

We advise you to NOT order at the last moment – ordering is best when it is 2 – 3 weeks BEFORE your event. If for some reason you need RUSH SHIPPING, please refer to our shipping section above. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Handmade OOAK Jewelry – these items are unique and one of a kind, are in stock, and ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Should you place a custom jewelry order production time will be discussed with you at the time of order.

Vintage and Antique Postcards – these items are in stock and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Product Images –

Cake Toppers, Cupcake Toppers, Party Decor – all product images are photographed or scanned in order to give you the highest quality image – we understand that you are shopping at our virtual counter in our shop and cannot see the physical item for yourself as you would in a brick and mortar shop!

We provide color cards in all of our listings of cake and cupcake toppers. Those images are direct from our suppliers and are true to life.

Please be advised however that every computer, tablet, iPad, and mobile phone will render colors slightly differently due to different display software in them. The differences are not ever game changers as per what you will receive, however, if you should have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us by text or phone at 201.304.7503.

Handmade OOAK Jewelry pieces have been professionally photographed and are true to life – true to the item you have purchased.

Vintage and Antique Postcards have been scanned from the actual item. NO COPIES or REPRODUCTIONS. Again, computer color cards vary from device to device but any differences are never game changers as per what you will receive from us.

Returns and Refunds –

ANY AND ALL PARTY DECOR WHICH HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, CREDITED OR REFUNDED UNLESS IT HAS ARRIVED TO YOU DAMAGED, IN WHICH CASE YOU WOULD FOLLOW THE PROTOCOL DIRECTLY BELOW. 

Damaged Items –

We do not accept returns, or refunds, under any circumstances UNLESS the item is received in broken condition when it arrives.

Damaged items follow the protocol set forth below.

If this happens, you are required to send us a picture of the damaged packaging that it arrived in as well as a picture of the damaged item as well as it’s original wrapping.

Every order we ship out is wrapped with the utmost care and is wrapped securely. However, we know damages do happen from time to time, albeit in 20+ years this is extremely rare.

Once you send us your damaged item images, which must be sent within 24 hours of receipt, we will ascertain as to whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange. We will discuss that with you at that time.

Buyers Remorse –

We go to exacting lengths to photograph / scan all of our products clearly and closeup enough that you can see all details of every item.

What you see on our website is exactly what you receive. Our descriptions are also very detailed.

Our phone number is on every page of our website – you can call or text us anytime before buying to ask questions.

ANY AND ALL PARTY DECOR WHICH HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, CREDITED OR REFUNDED. 

You have the option to return your Buyers Remorse item within 3 days of receipt. We understand the mailing envelope or package of course must be opened by you, how else can you see the item?

  • Every actual product packaging has a seal on it. This seal MUST NOT BE BROKEN. This would mean you can look at the item you have received from us in its original clear packaging and decide that it is not what you wanted.
  • You must email us or text us to let us know you would like to return the item. At that time we will offer you an item exchange or a store credit.
  • If that is unacceptable to you, you must return the item to us immediately, packaged as we sent it to you, and we send everything packaged to protect against damage.
  • You are responsible for sending the item back to us as it was shipped to you – either First Class USPS or Priority Mail USPS – with tracking. You are responsible for shipping costs.
  • If the seal on the product package has been broken, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the item comes back to us damaged, due to your not sending it back to us with the protective packaging we used, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. We will have photographs of the damaged return to share with you.
  • When we receive the item back, providing the seal has not been broken, providing it was shipped back the way we shipped it out, and providing that it is undamaged, we will then refund your money minus any restocking fees charged as noted above.

Local Pickup –

Do you live within driving distance of Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey? Would you like to pick up your order in person instead of having it shipped?

Wholesale –

Our Cake Toppers and Cupcake Toppers could be made available at wholesale pricing to qualified bakeries across the United States.

We would of course need adequate production time to create your order and reasonable shipping would be charged.

If you are local to Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey and would like to pickup your wholesale order that’s fine.

Privacy –

You are NOT required to create an account in order to purchase any gifts from us. At checkout you are asked if you want to create an account. That is entirely up to you and will never affect the customer service you receive from us in any way. If you have an issue with an order, all we ask is that you have your order number available.

Regarding credit card privacy, your privacy is ensured. Credit card numbers are never stored.
