Description
This vintage Thanksgiving Postcard features an inset pastoral farm scene with a pumpkin at the gate up by the greeting. It is further complimented by a thin gold border.
The greeting on the card reads:
A Thanksgiving Wish –
A golden store of happiness, of fun and joys galore,
I’m hoping that Thanksgiving Day will leave right at your door.
This vintage postcard is in excellent condition. It is used, is a divided back but the 2 cent red George Washington stamp shows us this was sent during the war years of 1917-1919.
