Description
This vintage Christmas postcard features a gorgeous embossed and beautifully colored scene of a shepherd and his flock out in the pasture with the Christmas Star shining brightly above them. Holly, berries and gold print both front and back.
The greeting reads:
And all their gentle sleepy flock looked up then slept again. Nor knew the light that dimmed the stars, brought endless peace to men.
This vintage postcard is in excellent condition, is used but not posted, and is a divided back. Dating around 1910.
