Description
A beautiful vintage Thanksgiving postcard featuring a handsome tom turkey pecking on the ground. A gold wishbone frames a farm scene and a bouquet of blue forget me not flowers. The entire card is embossed. The artwork is copyrighted J. Newman 1911 (under the turkey’s tail).
The greeting says:
May your heart be as happy as in the month of May is my sincere wish for this Thanksgiving Day.
Postcard is used, dated 1911, and is in very good condition for its age. It has some creases and some wear on the back.
