Description
A beautiful vintage Thanksgiving postcard featuring an absolutely beautiful embossed, gold accented scene of a turkey, harvest fruits and vegetables in a harvest cornucopia. The word Thanksgiving is also beautifully embossed.
This vintage postcard is used, dated 1906, is an undivided back postcard and is in very good condition.
Flaws (which are minimal for this beauty’s age) are: the N & the K in the word Thanksgiving have a wee bit of damage, the bottom of the card right under the eggplant has a barely there tiny tear, the left corner is slightly creased and worn.
There is postal cancellation ink running across the top on the front of the card, and yes, the postcard has a handwritten message across the bottom. This is proper because with an undivided back postcard the back is used only for the mailing address so this particular bit is NOT a flaw.
