Description
This vintage postcard features a stunning close up view of Saguaro Cactus blossoms. Just gorgeous.
The back of the postcard tells us: These blossoms adorn the tops of the tall Saguaros and also appear at the ends of the Saguaro arms, often in clusters like bouquets. After the flowers bloom in April, May and June, fruit appears which bursts open showing bright red meaty insides, often mistaken for flowers by passers-by on the highways.
An R.C. Proctor color photo. Published by Petley Studios Phoenix Arizona.
