The back of this vintage postcard tells us that this is the historic Corbit House in Odessa Delaware. Built 1772 – 1774. Features the flower and herb garden planted in eighteenth century designs of heart shapes and geometric forms.
One of Delaware’s most distinguished historic houses, built by William Corbit, prosperous Quaker tanner, farmer and businessman.
