The vintage postcard features a scenic view of the Pier at the Atlantic City Inlet, Atlantic City New Jersey. The back of the postcard tells us: The inlet at Atlantic City is in the mouth of that body of water which places Atlantic City on an island, seven miles from the mainland. From here, countless thousands have sailed and fished ever since 1854, when Atlantic City was incorporated.
