We ship only within the Continental United States of America. We ship all products within 2 business days. 

Shipping is free, and always will be. 

Returns:

We keep it simple.

Vintage postcards and greeting cards are not returnable.

Jewelry may be returnable as long as the tag has not been removed. We affix a tag to every jewelry item to prevent wardrobing. Wardrobing is a fraudulent practice by which a piece of jewelry is purchased for wear at an event, and then returned when no longer needed. Our tag is affixed to a prominent spot on your jewelry which, if removed, renders the item not eligible for return.

That being said, if after you receive your jewelry you truly feel it is not a good fit for you, you must contact us to obtain an RMA#, once given to you, you may return the item for full refund, equal exchange, or a custom item. 

Snazzy Sunglasses: these are listed and described as accurately as possible. Pictures are directly from the manufacturer. If the item arrives broken, we need a picture from you of the box. We pack these sunglasses so securely that the box would have to have serious damage on it. Contact us if your sunglasses arrive in a damaged box and are themselves damaged or broken. Otherwise, no returns are allowed.

Returns are at your cost. 

Quality Guarantee for Jewelry:

We make each piece of jewelry you see on our website in our jewelry studio. High end Swarovski crystal, Preciosa crystal, and other high quality components are used. If for any reason a jewelry piece should break, you have a lifetime guarantee with us. 

Save as many beads, etc. as you can, obtain an RMA# from us, send it back, and we will repair and or re-create the item for you. In over 20 years, we have only had one piece of jewelry sent back for repair.
